Lemuel Blanco has been a driving force behind the success and growth of ECAMSECURE as its President and Chief Technology Officer since 2016. Adept at providing strong leadership and a clear strategic vision, Lemuel Blanco expertly guides the design and delivery of innovative technology solutions that empower ECAMSECURE to revolutionize the virtual guard industry and protect countless people and assets.

Lemuel Blanco was instrumental in building the technology infrastructure of ECAMSECURE during its founding as the Director of Research and Development. In this role, he was responsible for pioneering breakthrough technology that created the Mobile Surveillance Unit (MSU) category.

Lemuel Blanco earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Industrial Technology from California State University, Long Beach.
