You provide different types of information in order for GardaWorld to provide our ecamsecure.garda.com services, products and features to you. We collect data from you when you request information, subscribe for a service, participate in a survey, apply for a job or otherwise actively send us data on ecamsecure.garda.com. This may include, but is not limited to, your first and last name, email address, telephone number (including mobile phone number), street address, professional certification or license numbers, and any other data included in a submitted application form, including but not limited to application materials and answers to screener questions submitted to GardaWorld through GardaWorld and answers you give to any questionnaires sent to you. All of this information may be associated with your application profile. 

Where Personal information that is required is not provided by you then the particular service may not be available to you.

GardaWorld has adopted administrative, contractual and technological security measures to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the Personal information under GardaWorld’s control. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. In addition, please note that emails, messages sent via your web browser, are not encrypted. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its security. 

5. Where Do We Store Your Information?

GardaWorld stores your Personal Information on servers in Canada owned by GardaWorld or its service providers.  We may use third-party cloud service providers that provide hosting, data storage and other services. These service providers apply security measures they consider adequate for the protection of information within their system.

6. How Long Do We Retain Your Information?

GardaWorld retains your information in accordance with our document retention policies and as required or authorized by law. In general, GardaWorld stores your Personal information until it is no longer necessary to provide our services or until you ask us to delete your Personal information. We are also required to retain certain information in order to comply with local laws.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze how users use the Websites. Dynamics for Marketing is a web marketing automation and analytics tool provided by Microsoft Inc. (“Dynamics for Marketing”). Salesforce Pardot is a web marketing automation and analytics tool provided by Salesforces Inc.

The WMA tools power the forms used by GardaWorld on its website and provides GardaWorld the information you input, inferred location as well as your behavior on the site, and what brought you to the site.

To opt out of the WMA tools tracking, web visitors may select the Do Not Track (DNT) feature in their browser. Mixpanel is a business analytics solution that tracks user interactions with web and mobile applications in order to measure user engagement and retention. Mixpanel collects session visit information, including UTM parameters, device operating systems, browser and inferred location based on IP addresses. To opt out of Mixpanel tracking, visitors may select the Do Not Track (DNT) feature in their browser.

9. Exercising Rights With Respect to Personal information

Right to Delete. California residents may request that we delete your Personal information. Note that deletion requests are subject to certain limitations, for example, we may keep Personal information as required or permitted by law, or to process transactions and facilitate customer and service requests.

GardaWorld does not sell Personal information as defined under CCPA.
