Can the MSUs be integrated with an already existing camera system?

Yes, we can easily integrate into existing systems as well as with other Mobile Surveillance Units.

Can the unit be easily moved?

No, wheels and tow hitch are removed to avoid unwanted movement of the unit. If you need to move the unit to another location, we can schedule a time for an ECAMSECURE technician to come out to relocate it.

Can Onsite Security Guards have access to view the camera's live feed?

Yes, we can provide a remote login link and credentials for viewing access

Do you offer License Plate Recognition Cameras?

Yes.

Can the MSU help with detering illegal dumping?

Yes, the MSU provides a strong security presense that includes strobe lights and spot lights. When paired with Monitoring Services, the operator can activate a Warning Speaker System to deter dumping.

Are there solar-powered options available?

Yes, there is an optional solar panel addition.

How are the cameras monitored?

The cameras are monitored during the hours specified by the client; detected events trigger deeper surveillance and appropriate responses to law enforcement and/or designated client authorities.

Can I change monitoring hours on the fly?

Yes. You can contact the Command Center directly by phone or email.

Can the operators use the units to talk to somone on location?

Yes. We have a Voice Two-Way Audio Feature that facilitates communication, including warnings.

When operators see an intruder on site, will they alert law enforcement?

Yes, and any additional contacts you state on your Post Orders.
